The most common way to say it as a noun is polvo (pohl-voh). The English translation of polvo is “dust.” Individual countries might have their own slang for it but polvo is something that should be understood anywhere you go.

Another way to say the same thing:

Even though in this case you’re using “fuck” as a noun you can still string together a sentence using it to say “Let’s fuck.” You use the verb echar, which means to “throw” or “toss.” What you’re literally saying is like “let’s toss (or throw) dust.”
Let’s fuck.
Echemos un polvo.
eh-che-mohs oon pohl-voh.
I fucked [him/her]
Le eché un polvo.
leh eh-chEH oon pohl-voh.
You can add adjectives to polvo. Here’s an example using “wild”…
Let’s fuck wild.
Echemos un polvo salvaje.
eh-che-mohs oon pohl-voh sahl-vah-heh.
In the above phrase what you are literally saying is “let’s toss wild dust.”
So how the hell did “let’s throw dust” end up meaning “let’s fuck”? It goes back to the Bible, literally, from Genesis 3:19 that says “Remember that thou art dust, and to dust thou shalt return.” Since we are dust, when you are making whoopee with someone you’re making dust since that’s what we come from. If you can read Spanish decently this guy has a good post about the origins of this expression. There are some other theories about the origin of it. One is when you’re having sex a lot of dust is being tossed up so it comes from that. Another is when you’re having sex you are grinding each other to dust, hence, tossing dust.
One thing to watch for. There’s also a common Spanish expression for being tired or worn out that uses hecho polvo and it doesn’t have anything to do with sex.
I’m worn out.
Estoy hecho polvo.
ehs-toy eh-choh pohl-voh.
